SimKit: Similarity Graphs, Eigendecomposition and Spectral Clustering in Neo4j

SimKit is a Java-based Neo4j plug-in for in-database spectral clustering. It supports similarity graph construction, Laplacian eigendecomposition, K-Means clustering, and evaluation with silhouette coefficient and Adjusted Rand Index — enabling end-to-end clustering workflows inside Neo4j.
